Even with a robots.txt telling search engines to stay out of the Forums, something does scan them on a regular basis. I can only assume it's spammers or worse. So don't put your email address in the clear on the forums, it's not safe. The safest is to go into your profile and set "Always show my e-mail address" to Yes and put your email in the profile. Then point people at the email button that will be with all your messages. The email gets sent via the forum, and is only available to registered users. So that's completely safe from spammers and the like. Even after all that, if you ever get an email via the forum (you'll know when it's from the forum because it will tell you so), that is abusive, nasty or otherwise undesired, please let me know. I'll deal with it. _________________ You can never have too many dice.
