When at a flatland terrain, Amazons count maneuvers as missile. However, the "fly" icon says it is only good during saves and maneuver. We decided this meant that fly results would not count during a missile roll.

Is this correct?

Actually, no that's not what Fly says: "During any roll, each Fly result generates one maneuver or one save result." Since it works during any roll, during a missile roll it can generate saves or maneuver. Obviously during an Amazon missile roll at a Flatland, you would want maneuvers...

Fly: (maneuver, save) During a maneuver roll, Fly generates X maneuvers. During a save roll, Fly generates X saves.

Or is there an updated rule book?

Hmm... I thought the 3.01 rules were now published. Apparently not. That will get fixed soon.
