Despite the "collectable" in the name, all the dice are fixed sets. So there is no rarity list. _________________ You can never have too many dice.

Do you know what is included?
is it just the Federation and Borg or does it include the klingon set? I think that is all that was produced. _________________ Multiplayer Champion Gencon11/Battlefest Champion(tied) GenCon10/World Champion GenCon07/National Champion Origins05/Intermediate Champion GenCon02/Novice Champion Origins99 |

The Bird of Prey was insanely hard to get. Came out late, and then they dropped the product. So not many out there. _________________ You can never have too many dice.

Bird of prey and galaxy class were really hard to find, as were the 5 expansion packs for the sphere and sovereign class ships...still hoping that SFR picks this line up as it is an EXTREMELY underrated game and system.I contacted the original designer and got him to send me the plans for many future ships and crew dice, and actually made up a set of Romulan d'deridex ship dice and console. Really fun and intense game. Still hoping SFR can pick this one up and breath new life into it. _________________ "Another days useless energy spent." Moody Blues |

I ADORE the Star Trek "collectible" dice game!
As stated above, it's not really collectible, in that the dice are not random.
Lokidchser: Looks like you have the first two starter sets, the Borg Sphere and the Enterprise E, Sovereign class. Those are fairly easy to come by, even now.
The expansion packs for those ships (5 for each) and the other two starters, as Chuck said, were very delayed and are very hard to get, although the dice are of much higher quality.
Just to be picky: the Klingon ship isn't a Bird of Prey. It's a Vor'cha, although it still has a cloak. The dice for that ship are a steel gray, as opposed to the blue-gray of the Federation ships.
Much as I would like to see all the ships produced (Love to give the D'deridex a spin), I shudder to think how tall an order it would be to secure the licensing.
Wiz Kids are Paramount's current game darlings, what with Attack Wing, and they are making Dice Masters, too, so maybe if you bent their ear, and bribed them a lot, this game could see the light of day again, and get a fair chance. My understanding is that the delays to the newer dice were caused by internal politics at FRPG as much as, or even more than, problems with the quality of the dice. |
