Hi Chuck,
I was curious if you ever resolved this. I might know someone who would be willing to do some art for you, if you haven't.

Regards

We've got the box artwork done. We are still working on cleaning up the icons in order to put them into the rules. If your friend is willing to help do that, contact me via the "Email" button on this post.

Hello Chuck. Haven't received any replies lately Razz Might be my email.

Anyhow, I just saw this thread now... sorry I didn't notice it before. I can do similar real life painted art as well and was wondering what you have already. Also, I can do the icons for the rulebook provided I have all the icon scans/checklist available to work with.

What about the Dragon Diceâ„¢ logo I did? Still no-go?

Ok, at this point we have (recycled) artwork for the starter boxes. Within a week we will have the cleaned up icons. We should also have cleaned up text for the rules within a week or so.

If there is someone that knows either Adobe Illustrator or Freehand, I need someone to format up the rules with the icons, into the proper format and size for printing.

I've been using Illustrator for almost a decade. Where do I get a copy of this rulebook that needs the icons?

With Illustrator art, you don't need any proper size... Since it's all vector it all looks good at any size printed -- as long as your printing company accepts illustrator art, which brings me to the question:

What format does your printer require?

All the newer print houses can print directly from files that have embedded illustrator art. Also, what program are you using to layout the rulebook? If it's Quark or InDesign, you can automatically set the size parameters (bounding box) of the icons there (so you wouldn't need to worry about resizing the artwork in illustrator).

In any case, I would recommend the (older) Illustrator 9 format (I use Illustrator CS2 but some print houses don't have this version to handle the newer files).

TEAM Racial Starters Cool
I'm vector tracing the entire SFR Icon Universe
In order to speed up the Layout Process....
If anyone wants to join the team,
I'll email a pencil traced race for vectorizing.
This is urgent and time sensitive.
I could vectorize the entire universe,
but I believe time is of the essence. Wink
EMail me using the email button.

thanks
