For February, we'll be getting together at Games Plus! in Mount Prospect, IL on the 19th at 6pm. Format is: 60 health Battlefest, no restrictions on the number of mages. Standard tournament rules, except we will be using Routing. Note that we will be using the new rules; "Dragon Dice⢠II: Gamers Edition". For March, we'll be getting together at Games Plus! in Mount Prospect, IL on the 19th at 6pm.
Format is: Spring Surprise!
36 health, all of your starting units must have green in them. Dragons and Dragonkin are not starting units, so can be any color. No more than half mages. Standard tournament rules, except we will be using Routing. Note that we will be using the new rules; "Dragon Dice⢠II: Gamers Edition". For April, we'll be getting together at Games Plus! in Mount Prospect, IL on the 16th at 6pm.
Format is: Potpourri!
36 health, no more than half mages. Each player brings an army in a dice bag (I'd suggest we all bring black bags). Mix them up and pick randomly. What ever army is in that bag is your army to play! Standard tournament rules, except we will be using Routing. Note that we will be using the new rules; "Dragon Dice⢠II: Gamers Edition". 60 health. All dice in your starting forces must be monsters, and only one copy of any particular monster can be used. No restrictions on the number of mages. For January 2006, we'll be getting together at Games Plus! in Mount Prospect, IL on the 14th at 6 p.m.
Format is: Half Missile
36 health. Exactly half your starting force must be missile units/items; the other half can be anything except missile units/items. A missile unit/item is defined as a die that has at least two faces of the following: missile icons, Bullseye, Crush, Firecloud, Flaming Arrow, Impale, Seize, Stone, or Volley. No more than 50% of your army can be mages. Standard tournament rules, except we will be using routing. Note that we will be using the new rules "Dragon Dice⢠II: Gamer's Edition." 36 health. All units must have black in them. No more then half your army can be mages. Black dragons cannot be brought unless you have at least nine magic-points worth of Undead units (Remember that Vampires only count for 2 magic points). For June 2006, we'll be getting together at Games Plus! in Mt. Prospect, IL on the 17th at 6 p.m.
Format is: King of the Hill
36 health. No more than half your army can be mages. For this format, the frontier terrain starts at face 1 (the other terrains are rolled as normal). In order to win, you must capture the frontier terrain and at least one home terrain. However, you cannot maneuver the frontier terrain to the eighth face unless you already control a home terrain.
Standard tournament rules, except we will be using routing. Note that we will be using the new rules "Dragon Dice⢠II: Gamer's Edition." See the SFR website at http://www.sfr-inc.com

Format is: Red, White, and Blue
36 health. No more than half your army can be mages. Each component in your starting forces must have red, and/or blue, and/or white in it. You must have at least one health-worth of units with red, at least one health-worth of units with blue, and at least one health-worth of units with white. White units are Amazons, Dragonlords, Dragonslayers, and Kings' Die. Dragonkin can be of any color.
