My next monster:

Ik, normally abnormal creature: 9 ID, 1 Disdisruption

Disdisruption: kill one undead unit that isn't of the living dead.

special ID rules: ID does nothing unless opponent has undead units that aren't of the living dead

He's been 15 years in the making and finally he turned into a die:

Erik, the Salivator: ID, S&JW Logo, 4 Melee (normal), 4 Counter (useful), 5 Roar (obscure), 3 Rank (new)

Rank: During any army roll each Rank counts as +X to all standard abilities the army has rolled for. X is the number of times the Rank-unit has entered play during this game (from your DUA, BUA or from any summoning pool; Beginning the game in your starting army is not considered entering play, so X = 0)

Erik is red/ivory and will use official Barbarian race-specific abilities. Since they do not exist up to now unofficial abilities are used:
Invade: In an opponent's home terrain all maneuvers generated by an ID are doubled.
Berserk: In a terrain captured by an opponent Barbarians double their standard melee results (but not IDs or SAIs (like Rank)).

(His official name is Erik, the Salvator, but since it's Steve and Joe's world I added one extra letter. I don't know if there is an Erik in this forum; If so, it's just coincidence.)

btw: It would be very interesting how a S&J-icon should look like. Maybe some sort of Janus face. Any artwork suggestions?

I have thought about this creature for a while now (good luck pronouncing the name):

Bcdfghjklmnpqrstvwxzk: the winged swamp stalker warrior with defective math skills ID, S&JW logo, 3.5 melee (normal), 4.5 smite (useful), 3.5 seize (obscure), 4.5 counting error (new and strange)

Counting error: Your opponent made a counting error. Take the results of what was being rolled for and do the following mathematical problem to determine the actual results:
result=x
# of army divisions ((home, horde, etc)for both players)=y
#of health (combined total)=z
# of letters in your name (fist, middle and last)=a
# of letters in opponent's name(fist, middle and last)=b

((xy^5)*3.1415...-(ab/xyz)+123456789/2+abxyz)/((5x/10b)(31a/251y)* (-z))

for example: x=120 y=3 z=120 a=17 b=17

answer:(-251*(3888*3.1415...+9894977))/25801920
answer's answer (approx.): -96.3797

Well, nice science lesson, but you can't get less than zero, so the calculation should look like this:

(-251*(3888*3.1415...+9894977))/25801920 = 0

BTW, concerning my mathematical talents, that game would be ended by time!! Laughing Laughing Laughing

Musik: Amazonian musician: ID, S&JW logo, 1 magic (normal), 2 Trumpet (useful), 3 screech (obscure), 10 marching band (new and strange)

Marching band: does one of 3 things
1. allows you to take another march if this is rolled at any time
OR
2. allows you to count maneuvers during melee
OR
3. multiplies your melee results by 1.5 (no rounding) AND uses opponent's maneuvers as saves instead of saves (unless there are fewer saves than maneuvers, in which case you just use saves)

ID (group monster), 4 magic AND 4 cantrip, 4 flaming arrow AND 4 missile, 4 smite AND 4 melee, 4 magic AND 4 maneuver, 4 cantrip AND 4 convert, 1 trumpet and 1 plague, 1 fissure AND 4 melee, 1 supernova AND 1 dimension hole, 1 lightning strike AND 1 ashes to ashes

Fissure: opposing army rolls for saves. Any that fail are killed.

Supernova: everybody at the terrain is killed and buried, no saves possible, all terrains are reset to 1 unless they roll an 8th face, and dead units roll for saves, any that fail are buried.

Dimension hole:this unit is removed from play for the remainder of the march

Lightning strike: as spell

Ashes to ashes: as spell

(the name is 868 Ks for anybody who wanted to know)

The next S&JW monster:

Pelterk, the mutant pelter:ID, 4 missile, 4 save, 8 missile, 8 save, 12 missile, 12 save, 16 missile, 16 save, 1 ICMPTCHMPOMOSYG (immensly complicated math problem to calculate how many points of missiles or saves you get)

ICMPTCHMOMOSYG: You do an immensly complicated problem to find out how many points of missile/saves you get:

X= health for the game
Y= how many dice you have in the game
Z= how many dice your opponent has in the game
A= number of terrains out (both minor and major)
B= total number of posts on the SFR forum
C= total number of posts you have made on the SFR forum.

((XYZABC/2)+(X^Y))^666+1234567890.14-1*2+Z-A*BC

Here's my example:
X=180
Y=180
Z=45
A=3
B=8008
C=185

((180*180*45*3*8008*185/2)+(180^180))^666+1234567890.14-1*2+45-3*8008*185

my calculator says that this gives me infinite missiles/saves. If anybody wants to find the real answer, good luck.

Here's an idea I got from a song (also the first 12-sided non-dragon):

Llamak, llama-folk:ID, funny llama, fuzzy llama, llama llama cheesecake llama, tablet brick potato llama, llama llama mushroom llama, llama's llama, tastes of llama, half a llama, twice a llama, not a llama, farmer llama, llama llama duck

funny llama: all of your opponent's units in the opposing army laugh their way to reserves

fuzzy llama: halve opponent's offensive rolls for one turn

llama llama cheesecake llama: multiply your army's results by 3.14159 (no rounding)

tablet brick potato llama:doubles your army's saves

llama llama mushroom llama: this does nothing unless you have mushrooms with you, in which case you kill and bury two enemy units no saves possible.

llama's llama: four of anything you need and re-roll

tastes of llama: four of anything you don't need and re-roll

half a llama: halves all of your army's rolls for one turn

twice a llama:double all of your army's rolls for one turn

not a llama: this does nothing unless it is rolled on a rainy day with a blue moon on Tuesday, December 31st between 2:12 PM and 9:59 PM EST, in which case you immediately kill and bury all of your opponent's glowers and centaurs that roll a non-ID save

farmer llama: multiply your army's melee results by 10/3 (no rounding)

llama llama duck: all units with gold, blue, and/or green elements are killed if they roll a non-ID save (including this unit)

special ID rule: ID does nothing unless it is in a battlefest army, in which case you can re-roll the unit, but it still no results

This place has been abandoned, so here is another of my champions:

Höshkiböshkiböshki Boy v. K: ID, S&JW logo, 4 melee (normal), 4 smite (useful), 4 flurry (obscure), 6 Höshkislash (new and strange)

Höshkislash: During melee, this counts as 4000 points of melee if you have an umlaut in your name. Otherwise this counts as one point of melee plus one point of melee for every health of dead units you bury. YOU CANNOT USE BOTH ABILITIES AT ONCE! and you can't use the burying slash if you have an umlaut in your name (ae, oe, and ue count as umlauts).
