I'm just listing a few ideas that I might want to use as my choice of format for Windy City Bone Rollers.

So here are a few...


Troll Under the Bridge:

Each play has a Troll(only 1) in the summoning pool at the beginning of the game.
When you put a minor terrain bridge into play,
you get a troll on in your army until the minor terrain is removed from play...
so then the troll is removed from the game.

note:
disaster results the troll is immediately removed and does not get to roll for the disaster.

Afinity:

36 health

Each player must bring equal health (12)
in dragonkin and eldarim

Dragonkin and Eldarim must match in individual health as well.


37:

each player must bring either a rare magic item,
or two uncommon magic items

the health in play is 36 plus the bonus health total 37

38:


here you get a maximum of 19 health in a starting force.

must bring: (magic items)

1 rare 2 uncommons

or

2 rares

or

4 uncommons

39: (this will allow two starting forces of 19)

3 rares
2 rares 2 uncommons
1 rare 4 uncommons
6 uncommons



40:


Here we can have a maximum starting force of 20 Shocked

4 rares
3 rares 2 uncommons
2 rares 4 uncommons
1 rare 6 uncommons
8 uncommons

I vote for "39". Second choice would be "37".

I like 39 better (there's a Queen song entitled "'39"). Cool

D20 Bombs:


This is an idea I have previously submitted.


each player can bring 1 D20 of any color....
and NEW!! for 2012

Metallic Bombs!!!


Red Bomb: Ash Storm Bomb (subtract 1 result per result from target terrain)

Gold Bomb: Mudslide Bomb (subtract 1 maneuver per result from target army)

Green Bomb: Wall of Ice Bomb (add 1 save to target army per result)

Blue Bomb: Hail Storm Bomb (deal 1 damage per result to target army)

Black Bomb: Evil Eye of the Storm (subtract 1 save per result from target army)

Metalic Golden Bomb:
This is similar to the original sacrifice gold medallion,
for each result,
you may return that many health from the BUA to the DUA,
or return that many health from the DUA to reserves.
(I'm using reserves because it has not been tested.)

Silver Bomb:
Return that many health of buried dragonkin to summoning pool,
or return that many health of buried magic items to target army.

Bronze Bomb: reserves magic
cast reserves magic of any race, color
this can be split.


A player may deploy their bomb at any time during the game...

you only get 1 bomb per game...
so choose wisely.

Roll the D20

apply the results.

So a 10 red ashstorm bomb would add 10 ashtorms to a terrain.

Multi Player;
Here many bombs can be deployed at the same time. Twisted Evil
