An amazon is holding a blue magic magic item, and they are on a highland terrain. If they cast magic, can they cast blue? I am sure it states they can only cast magic of color of the terrain they are on...[/list]

this is a double post.
but the rules say that amazons generate the color of the terrain they are on because they have no built in colors to generate.
magic items generate the color they are.
