Volcanic Eruption is a combination roll, in this case saves and maneuvers. So IDs can be split up and used for either result.

Scalder Intangibility gives any army one automatic save per unit against non-SAI missile. So yes, your frontier army has 2 saves against missile right now before rolling.

0 magic. something I would have expected

then second march at frontier,

First March: My army at my home terrain will maneuver unopposed up to 4.

no action

Second March: My army at your home terrain will do a melee action..
(hope this doesn't end up killing me)
Melee result:
oh no....
Filcher - 4 counter = 4
Wolf Rider - 2 melee = 2
Total = 6

that is not good...

Searer: 6 Melee (this shouldn't vanish the burning hand, If I got it right)

7 save + 1 from the dragonne tender 1 save because of the

Scorching Touch: Scalders, when rolling for saves during the attack phase of a melee action, generate one point of damage for each non-ID save result back against the attacking army. Only magical saves protect against this damage


my counter attack roll:

Spell List: Firewalker

The selected unit ignores its last roll result and applies the new roll result instead. Multiple castings increase the effect or target another army. I think the two searer results are doubled (and the two burning hands effetcs end)

so total:

Wow, that is not good for me...

Leopard Rider - 3 save = 3
Wolf Rider - ID = 2

Total = 10

I take 7 damage...
2 wolf riders and 1 leopard rider go to the DUA

Melee counter attack:

City: I will promote the wolf rider to a Leopard Rider

First March:Army at my home terrain will maneuver up to 5 unopposed

Second March: Army at your home terrain will take a melee action...
Melee result:
wow...
Leopard Rider #1 - Rend and roll again, rend, and roll again rend and roll again rend.. and finish = 12
Leopard Rider #2 - Rend and roll again, Rend = 6
Total = 18

Rend: Normal (maneuver); Instant Normal (melee)
During a maneuver roll, each Rend result generates one maneuver result. During a melee attack or melee avoidance roll, each Rend result generates one melee result; roll this unit again and apply the new result as well.

That has to be the best roll I had this game. Leopard Riders have several Rend faces. Those units are really useful when they roll well.

so it's 8 damage... they will kill two dragonne tenders and two dragonne knights


counter attack:


Minor Death: 4 Melee
Searer: 6 Melee
Searer: 4 Smite


Smite: Special (melee attack); Normal (dragon attack or melee avoidance)
During a melee attack, each Smite result immediately inflicts one point of
damage on the defending army or unit; no saves (including those provided
by spells) can stop this damage. During a dragon attack or melee avoidance
roll, Smite generates melee results


so it's 14 . a-ah!

lol I've never seen that much damage back and forth.
