Hi there

Just to say that I've been playing Dragon Dice™ since the first TSR set came out (and indeed remember seeing the adverts with some anticipation!) and now have a store in Pelaw, Gateshead, UK.

We have a small section for Dragon Dice™ at the moment which we hope to increase, add in some second hand stock from my modestly large collection, and hopefully encourage more people to play.

I still think the dice are beautiful. Dwarves were my first and enduring favourites.

You can find us at Unit A7, Stonehills*, Pelaw, GHateshead, NE10 0HW. UK

Open 11-6 Monday to Saturday (that may change in future, but it's what we have at the moment.

I'd be interested in knowing what experiences other retailers have had with Dragon Dice™ and what works for encouraging others to play.

All the best

Paul

You're a bit far North for me to get to physically but just for the record you'd probably have me as a customer if you offered a decent range of new/2nd hand through your website, especially if you held things in stock pretty reliably.

I'm just getting started and I'd really value a shop that understood the game and made an effort with it. The only places I've found to get hold of DD so far are rather large online shops with a take-it-or-leave-it selection of random stuff and most of the range out of stock.

Hey there, just thought I'd say that the first game we sold last week was Dragon Dice™, which made me rather proud.

I hope to run some demo games soon to try and teach people the game as the rulebook is somewhat intimidating.

'Ahbugger' if there's anything you want me to get in for you, just message me and I'll see what I can do. So far I've found the distributor has a variable selection of DD on offer at any one time, and I'm slowly trying to build up a good stock of everything, but of course, that depends on orders and sales.

I too found it difficult to find a reliable supplier when I was a player.

Unbelievable! Just started to get back into Dragon Dice™ a mere 2 months ish after this post and I find what seems to be the only UK retailer a few miles from my doorstep! Could only find UK retailers listing everything as out of stock until now.

I drive past Pelaw every day so I'll pop in and say hi one day this week.

Expect some good business from me, would love to help you increase stock levels.

Would also be keen to find other NE players for the occasional game.

Hi Seb

It was good to meet you Smile

I'm really pleased to have another Dragon Dice™ fan around. Hopefully we can do something with the game in the shop for old fans and new.

I'll be trying to get new stock in soon.

Thanks again for dropping by Smile

All the best

Thanks Paul for posting that starter kit out a few weeks back. They're like rocking horse droppings atm.

So thumbs up and a recommendation from me (although since I'm currently a two post wonder that's probably not worth the paper it's not printed on). Nice to deal with a real person and an online business at the same time - too often it's one or the other.

Hey there

We now have more stock in the shop, and we've added some of it to our online shop.

Hopefully more in-store games to be announced soon Smile

All the best

Just to say that so far in the shop we've had a Cannibal, an Umber Hulk, Unicorn, Dark Tree, Coral Giant and Magi turn up.

They created a terrible mess (ho-ho) but it was good to see them.
Will else you know if anything else exceptional turns up Smile

All the best

In our update of what's turned up at our store, we've had a dracolich, bear folk (the beholder and behemoth previously mentioned) and... an unseelie fairy bought by a customer who got a single scalder kicker pack. I guess that tops them all!

Have managed to get some new people to take a look at the game, and some old fans have got back into it.

We're still running occasional games at the store, including the ridiculously fun battle of five armies, where we gave away prizes. If anyone is local and wants a game or a demo of how to play Dragon Dice™, just drop me a line.

All the best
