Yup, you got three. The Wing icon also counts for Initiative (but the Lung does not).

Using DDInv is another great way to do this with virtual dice. To each his own.

so I'll take first turn with no minuses against me.

BTW, I love the design It'll be interesting to see how this one goes. We might even play it more than once.

Also, I think the Frost Ability changed since we first played. It is now (and permanently) an enddurance ability. Each turn you can downgrade one wound damage into a stun as you take it.

OH, I also don't recall when we played last, but the Shell is not all powerful in the final version of the rules. It is just a Deflect with a built in plus.

Nope, just two stuns. The pluses do not add to the damage, they just make it harder to block.

These are both very agressive builds and the game is fail fast. In person we would've been playing about five minutes maybe. Let's finish this one and then try again.

The agressive builds typically don't go first, so I'm curious if you can generate more inititive than me and if you do, how taking the first attack will suit you.

I'm not entirely sure which dice you stunned, but I wanted to clarify one thing just incase it wasn't clear.

The 'defend' and 'suffer' steps are different. So you can choose to defend one attack with an arm, but take that arm as damage for a different attack.

i.e. once the body part has performed it's function (preventing an attack). it can be taken as damage and the attack was already prevented.

but I think you have three parts left?

I'm pretty sure I messed up the rules.

So you can use body parts to block and then use the same ones to get stunned?
That would have helped a lot in getting more attacks in.

yeah, the defending die doesn't have to stay there.

You can take ANY die to suffer damage. The ones you might not want to are the ones which you haven't used yet in that turn: i.e. attacks, plusses that haven't been used, minuses, tentacles.

Pretend I got 2 initiative with one minus.

so you go first with one against you.
