Merry Christmas! Yeah people celebrate Christmas here.. kinda. It is an adopted holiday and purely commercial. It is for couples, and people buy a Christmas cake. New Years is the big holiday here.

So, hmm.. putting on the pressure I see. Those guys in the reserve are looking to do some damage to my wizard folk I'm guessing. Might be dangerous, but they are fairly strong on defence, I'll take my chances.

First march: at your home terrain
Move terrain up to 6 unopposed.
No action

Second march: at frontier
Lets see if I can't conjure up some magic...
Better than expected
Magic result: ID 3, ID 3
Total = 6 + green double for ID at green terrain = 12
(right?)
I will cast Tidal Wave (green, 6): Target any terrain with the water element and has an enemy army present. Immediately inflict 8 points of damage to each army at the target terrain, which may roll to save. In addition, reduce the target terrain die one step unless any army generates eight or more maneuvers results in this combination roll.

Then I will cast Wall of Ice(green, 3) on each of my armies: Until the beginning of your next turn, add 3 save results to the target army.

So, defend against that 8 damage and 8 maneuver combo roll.

Ouch, those Scalder spells can be killer.

Defence/Missile Roll.
Eagle Knight - 3 Fly (counting as saves)
Eagle Knight - 4 Melee
Evoker - 1 ID
Evoker - 1 Melee
Evoker - 1 Melee
Evoker - 1 Maneuver
Evoker - 1 Maneuver
Evoker - 1 Magic
Evoker - 1 Magic
Evoker - 1 Magic
Evoker - 1 Magic
Evoker - 1 Magic
Evoker - 2 Magic
Evoker - 2 Magic

Saves: 4, +1 for Watery Double, so 5. I take 3.
Maneuver: 2...

So 3 Evokers to the DUA, terrain down to a 6. it MAY have been a mistake to place the evokers there already... oh well.

Anything else, or is that EOT? also, if you have a minute could you update the board, no guarantee I'll get to my next turn tonight or tomorrow.

March 2 - reserve. Roll for magic.
Leviathan - 4 ID
Leviathan - 4 Fly
Protector - 2 Missile
Eagle Knight - 3 Fly
Horseman - 2 Maneuver
Horseman - 1 Missile

so... 4. bring 1 evoker back with breath of life.

reserve move:
move the 1 evoker from reserve to your home.
move all other units from reserve to my home.

EOT.

Ok, think I got it, had to edit to remove the spells as they all expired.
...........

First March: at frontier
Magic action: ... not good. ID 2
Total = 2 green terrain double for ID = 4
Wall of Ice on my army at your home terrain. +3 save result until beginning of my next turn.

Second March: at your home terrain
Maneuver roll: 4 maneuver icon
Total = 4

rest of turn will depend on the result of that maneuver.

I have the game setup on my table as well, and my cat keeps wanting to join the game, and knocks the terrain dice on the floor. If I could only get my wife to play...
