Do spell effects stack, provided you have enough magic to cast the spell twice.

i.e. If I have 6 black magic, can I cast Palsy twice on the same army, to have them subtract 2 from their rolls?

**update** Disregard, I see it now on page 29, under Effect it says "The bonuses or penalties from spells that target an army or terrain are cumulative."

Any spells that add or subtract X points of effect will stack. Spells that do damage stack with themselves (but not other damage spells), unless the spell specifically says otherwise (like Tidal Wave). Spells that multiply or divide never stack. Spells with fixed effects (like Open Grave), clearly do not stack.
