Firewalkers, aww yeah! My first loves, I always good to see them on the field. Some things to note though: you currently have a 36 health army, and you might want to keep an eye on the magic limit (20/15). Oh, and Dragons Wink.

36 is what I suggested for this next game, so I hadn't even looked at your army until I posted, so I didn't notice that you were short.

I think you're saying that I have 20 Magic. So, I used the DD Inventory application to build the army, and it has me at 18 Mage, it only counts the Genie and Salamander as 3 Mage points.. The Fireshadow is 4, Ashbringer is 3, Sunflare is 2 and three Sunbursts for 1 each. So, I think, I'm good to go? Let me know.

I forgot to add a Fire Drake and Wyrm.

Oops, my bad for not reading carefully enough. As for the magic points - what counts as mage has changed in 3.0 to count everything that produces magic as a mage for the full health points. This would make the Salamander and Genie both 4 points. DD inventory is probably not up-to-date on this point.

Your current army-distribution is 1/15/20, so in the board update I moved the newest addition of your horde army to the frontier (the Watcher). Don't hesitate to let me know if this should have been a different die. Luckily, this doesn't change anything for the rolls.

rulebook, p.32 wrote:
The minor terrain must match at least one color with the
major terrain where the army is located. [...] A minor terrain’s colors are available to the owning army as if they were part of the major terrain.

Whoah! With a broad selection, this should make it nearly impossible not to have a minor terrain available. No need to regret that I did not bring a wasteland minor. Neat!

So, as I've got everyone in Reserves and no one in DUA and I can't target enemy armies or Terrains with Magic from the Reserves, the only thing for me to do is skip right to the reinforce step...

3 Whopping Saves...oh wait, upon second look, since, I'm (still) learning stuff)...7 Saves. 4 Fireminions and 3ID...

We'll take down the 2 Nightsbane and the Shadowchaser to the DUA.

Counter-Attack:

In my board update I kept a Sunburst on your home as there wasn't a Shadow Chaser on that terrain. That might be less than ideal though, so don't hesitate to let me know you want the situation to be different. As it changes very little to the actions I'll want to take, I'll just proceed for now.

I only count a total of 34pts my side of the board...

I've looked at it a couple of times and can't sort it yet. Supposed to be working, so I'm going to have to look deeper tonight.

Can you explain why your save producing units get promoted? I'm missing that point somewhere.

Looking at your version of the board I see
Gorgon, Fireshadow and Genie (12)
Watcher and Ashbringer (6)
Sentinel, Sunflare and 2 Nightsbane ( Cool
3 Sunbursts, 1 Guardian, 2 Shadowchasers and 2 Explorers

Looks like you have me short a Sunflare on the April 29 5:43am post, where you had me at 1/15/20

My side of the board should look like this (I believe). I don't think that anything was calculated wrong, as I had the correct dice in place on my side when rolling (virtually).
