All I need to complete my collection is a TSR Unseelie, and I have a UK Gold Dragonkin Champ to trade for it. Anyone out there willing to trade?

Most everyone needs the TSR Unseelie. It is the one production die I don't own.

Few people are willing to part with one (even for an SFR Unseelie or the even more rare SFR Promo Unseelie or any of the prototype and concept dice)

Actually I have two extra reprint Unseelies and one extra promo Unseelie. And both are available. But I'm also still looking for an original Unseelie. And no one is going to pry the prototype (bright yellow ink) Unseelie out of my hands.... Razz

you are like me. I've got 2 reprint's and I think I'm down to a single promo cause I traded it for a prototype.

I don't mean to get off topic, but my black inked strangle vine has the same exact rarity as your yellow inked prototype (ie 2 in existance). So why is it that people value one over the other?

Oh, come on, that's easy. It's a prototype AND an Unseelie. I mean what die has more people lusting after it: Unseelie Faerie or Strangle Vine? So it's like Lust squared. Or maybe lust to the lust power. Shocked

I'm too much of a mathmatician i guess. I care more about availability than perception. Atleast between two equally playable dice.

I don't understand why the original print Unseeli's are so hard to find since the SFR reprints seem to be more available. I know I bought almost 40 cases of the original Scalders and only got 2 Unseeli's (one for me and one for my son). Needless to say, I'm not in the market for any type of Scalder, reprint or otherwise. Someday I might be interested to trade off an extra Inferno or two though...., but not soon.

We may never know for sure, but it appears that quite a few TSR Scalder kicker are "missing". Perhaps destroyed, perhaps in a forgotten corner of some dusty warehouse. It's possible that the Unseelies did not get distributed evenly. In any case, I can tell you that none of the reprints are missing from SFR's end. It's also entirely possible at this point that more reprints have gotten into players' hands that did the originals from TSR.

And while it appears to be to a lessor extent, Frostwings may have the same problem. We cannot account for all the ones that TSR made.

OK, going all-out to get a TSR Unseelie. I've got a nearly complete set of Rare & ultra rare monsters, including a TSR frost Ogre, and an SFR Unseelie, (missing only a unicorn and SFR Frost Ogre). I'm willing to part with all of these dice, (including an Ormyr) for just 1 TSR Unseelie

Any takers?
