I've put up a schedule post here: http://sfr-inc.com/bb/viewtopic.php?t=2133

Dave, Daniel, please double check to make sure the times I've got you down for is okay. If there are any changes, additions or subtractions you need me to make, let me know here is this thread and I'll update the schedule.

For anyone else that wants to help (Jim, Mike D, and anyone else), please post the specific days/times/events you are interested in.

Thanks

I see I'm slated for BOTH the Novice Event on Thursday 2PM and the Booth Demo on Thursday 2PM. Unless my evil clone, Skippy, shows up - I can't see how I'll do both. However, I will volunteer for the Friday 10AM-Noon slot for either a Novice Tournament or Booth Demo.

I'll do the Thursday 2PM Novice event. If that ends early, I'll come by the booth.

Ok, I finally got some information back from the VIG (Very Important Gamer) program. They would like us to have 1 person available to run demos in the VIG lounge at the following times:

Thursday 2 - 5 pm
Friday 2 - 5 pm
Saturday 4 - 7 pm

Can we cover this?

I'm signed up for the World's and Battlefest.

I did not sign up for the Eldarim Sealed on Sunday...
so so far my badge is only for SAT.

This is why I have not offered to help....
but Sunday has not been written off yet...
they just don't pre-sell sunday's badge.

If I recall correctly from last year, there was room in the booth to do two demos at once. Is that going to be the case this year? If so, how likely are we to need two people demoing and at what times? (just so I can know if I can/should schedule two people to demo at the same time).

That would be true. We will be able to run two demos at once. If we have the people available, it's nice to have that many people there. Right now for the booth all day all four days:

Tiffany - Sales
Cliff - Demos/Sales/Questions
Chuck - Questions/Sales/Demos

Note: For Cliff and Chuck the list is in priority order

With the VIG demos, we need to fill in for Cliff while he's doing that. So that's the top priority. After that, we can fill in, so there's someone there to give the other people a break.

My situation is hinged of the fact that I really don't know how long I will be at GenCon.
Several factors has left me in limbo as far as commitment is concerned.

I would really like to make it Sunday...the Acolytes eldarim premiere is something I feel personally connect to...
sound like a ton of fun...
however,
I also know my limitations.

It's mostly financial...
but there is also a possibility my car will break down...
and then I have obligated myself...with much embarrassment.

So I'm keeping to the basics...
within my own means...
a simple 1 day trip for me is on the cusp...
I'm being realistic.

So I may find that Sunday will be a breeze...but
that is not something I can not say for sure...
as it is...the saying.."Gencon or Bust"....
that's me.. Mr. Green
I really am skirting on the edge here.

Ok jibber-jabber....
If I'm around...I'll demo.
(if Sunday...I'd like to play in the sealed eldarim...
but I really can't volunteer to run it...as my schedule it a bit topsy-turvy)

That's what I did last year...Sat
I was only there one day...and demoed twice.
