There was a part in the shop to buy and trade single Dragon Dices and complete armies with chuckpint (i think).
Is this option no longer available?

The SFR website has never sold singles or linked to a specific singles reseller.
There are other websites owned by individuals which continue to sell singles (of which chuck pint is one), but they are separate entities run as separate sites with no affiliation with SFR.
