ok, so we have an ivory breath.

where you getting these dragons from?

the treasure helps me not.
the breath takes one dragoon out, ignore the other two damage.
then 18 dragon damage.

So, my Turn:

First march: Reserve magic ( I just give it a try...)
Scorpion Knight - 3 Maneuver

Second March: No maneuver
Magic Roll:

Raksasha - 4 Melee
Necromancer - 2 Magic
Necromancer - 4 Cantrip
Wyvern Rider - 1 Fly
Wyvern Rider - 4 Melee
Infiltrator - 5 Melee
Infiltrator - 5 Maneuver
Warlock - ID
Warlock - 2 Magic
Scorpion Knight - 1 Melee
Adept - 2 Magic
Adept - 1 Magic

11 non-ID and 2 ID Magic.

Well, be careful now... The more Magic I cast, the more damage I get... If I double the ID magic for Red spells, I'll have 15 Magic results.
Let it be...

I summon my Dragonkin Champion. (12)
I resurrect an Adept from my DUA by casting Spark of Life. (3)

So, I have to save against 15 damage.

Infiltrator - 5 Melee

First the Cantrip is resolved.
(Let me ask a question here! I think I know the answer, but it's always better to ask... The rule sais the following: "Saves generated by a Dragonkin’s ID icon are in addition to the Dragonkin’s automatic saves."
As it does not say a word about the saves generated by a DKC's Fly, I am not completily certain about the answer. So, are save results from DKC's Fly SAI in addition to the automatic saves of the DKC? I would say YES as that one would be the logical answer, but could you please verify it for me?)

1. If saves generated by Fly SAI are in addition to the DKC's automatic saves, I use the four magic points of the Cantrip to cast a Spark of Life, resurrecting the other Adept. (One point is left unspent.) Adept is rolled - 1 Magic.

2. If saves generated by Fly SAI are NOT in addition to the DKC's automatic saves, I use the four magic points of the Cantrip SAI to purchase Flaming Armor on the Wyvern Rider rolled it's ID.


Finalizing:
1. 8 save results from SAIs and IDs, 5 saves from "countas", and 4 additional saves from the DKC's automatic saves. 17 in total.

2. If the Fly of the DKC is not in addition, then 6 saves after doubling by Flaming Armor, 5 saves from "countas", and 4 saves from the DKC's automatic saves. In this case it's a total of 15.

The Fly counts as 4 saves (or maneuvers, but you don't need maneuvers right now). Since the dragonkin didn't roll belly, you then get 4 auto-saves.

Basically, all you have to remember with dragonkin, is that if it doesn't roll belly, you get it's auto-saves. The note about the ID is because it's the only way the smaller dragonkin can generate saves. And it can be doubled by an eighth face. The fly on the champion is really no different.

Yes, Saves generated by a Fly are in addition to the autosaves.

13 missle + 3 ID

count 2 ID as missile and 1 as a save.

so two dragons die (both red)

and I take 15-1=14 damage

the only way is 4 Blazers and the Burner.

then the dragon promotion turns the Glower into a Burner.

so I'm left with one blazer, one burner, and an ivory dragon.

turn the terrain up unopposed.

All right...
First, 6 non-ID Magic is spent to bury the Marauder in subaggut's DUA.

Then I target Cliffwig's DUA in order to double 3 ID magic. Thus I get 6. This 6 plus 6 from the remaining non-ID magic is spent to bury every single unit in Raven's DUA.

Still have 7 ID Magic. They are doubled so I can purchase 14 points of Red Spells:
- Dancing Lights on Raven's army at subaggut's Home. (6)
- 1 Ash Storm on subaggut's Home. (2)
- Summon two Red Dragontroop. (3+3=6)

Second March:
Maneuver attempt at Raven's Home.

Scorpion Knight - 4 Melee
Scorpion Knight - 2 Maneuver

Anyone counter-maneuvering?
