First march at Home:
Minor Terrain: ID ---> I choose to be Magic

Maneuver - unopposed - Home Terrain one step up.

Action: Magic roll:
Dragonslayer - ID (8 black)
Red Dragonhunter - Logo (4 red)
Red Dragonhunter - 4 Save
Gold Dragonhunter - Logo (4 gold)
Ghost - ID (6 black)
Firestarter - 2 Missile

12 points of black magic is to cast Reanimate Dead in order to resurrect the Dragonslayer from my DUA.
2 points of black magic is spent on burying Phil's Antilope. (Ashes to Ashes)
I use 3 points of red magic to summon a Red Dragonfoal.
3 gold magic to summon a Gold Dragonfoal.


Second March:
Reserve magic:
Gold Dragonhunter - 4 Sneak Attack


Reserve phase:
Gold Dragonhunter goes to my Home.


End of my turn.

If you look at this together, you'll realize that you can't cast Rise of the Eldarim and promote a Dragonhunter for a Ghost. Those are two different races. Promotion has to be the same race.

Response to Dragon attack :

Elephant : 4 save
Tiger : id
Tiger : 2 melee
Horse : 2 save
Leopard : 3 melee
Leopard : 2 move

Lynx : 1 melee

ID count for melee

The ash storms will remove 3 melee and 1 save for a total of 10 (5x2) saves and 6 melee

Thats's enough save to avoid the damage

First March :

Roll for magic

Elephant : id
Tiger : 2 melee
Tiger : 4 save
Horse : 3 move
Leopard : id
Leopard : 2 save
Antelope : 1 save
Lynx : 1 move

Total : (6 -4(ash storm)) x2 = 4

I'll cast Wilding on my home army

Second March :

Minor terrain : roll melee

No maneuver
No action possible

Reserve move :

All units at Raven's home go to the reserve

End of turn

You cannot do that. The ash storm's penalty must be removed from the results you are rolling for (in this case, melee, missile, and saves).
