Well a bit spicy in the subject there but this would be my first time to play online.

I have to practice a bit for the forthcoming Dutchy sealed starter boborama (or whatever)

Who is game?

I've refrained myself from posting in this thread because of a deadline I'm currently working on. That, and I promised Wietmarschen a game as well. But tomorrow my deadline should be done, so if nobody steps up... I'll be happy to oblige.

I'll use a reasonably easy-going army for this first run, something entirely composed out of dice I own, hence some odd quirks. I don't mind playing against fictional dice though, as I regularly use them as well.

As with any good game, you should start out by butchering through a horde of useless goblins. I therefore present to you: the Classic Goblin Horde!

I also thought it would be useful to get John a bit acquainted with on-line games before we start the 3 way. Not that there is too much to learn, but still...

Your 11 health managed to outmaneuver my 18 health of cavalry/light melee Mr. Green. You may choose between taking first turn or choosing terrains.

I also noted that I designed my army with only 35 health. After creating two forces of 18 and 17 health I apparently thought I was done. I hope you don't mind that I added a wardog rider for my frontier.

The target of the missile is your horde army. (my home)

the maneuver for my home is up 3 missile


second march is magic at the frontier:
hamadryads: save,magic
dryads: 3 magic 2 magic ID

pick and choose my spells depends a bit So I'll wait for your save roll at my Home.

Ok for my spells. I'll double the ID for gold magic and I'll spend 7 gold magic to get 1 of your wyrms to your home (tail tails tails jaws would be nice Smile )

and I'll spend 3 green to a wall of ice on my home army.

no counter maneuver.

I count 8 saves 4 id´s and regenerate unless you posted 1 to many ID
but 8 saves on 12 damage leaves 4 so the math is correct

typo: it should be 8 indeed.

Instead of turning the die in any direction, I'll go and try my luck on a minor terrain. I use these things too little anyways.

Maneuver: I'll add the flatland bridge
Result: nice!

Should have anticipated that one I also tend to forget the minor terrains. Darn

ok my roll

3 saves (pineling and oakling)
oak lord ID
pine prince 4 volley

+3 from wall of ice

that is 13 saves still leaves me with 5 damage
1 oak 2 oaklings and a pineling bite the dust.
