The year is slipping away even faster than normal! I need to lock in who's coming to help us out and who's not (so that I can do badge allocations so you can sign up for events).

For those who have never heard, our standard deal is that if you can get yourself to Indy and feed yourself and give us a large portion of your weekend. I will get you a badge into the convention and a roof over your head (though it may be carpet instead of a mattress under it). You also get access to cool alternate inked dice that must be earned and can't be bought.

I assume Chuck, Cliff, Tiffany, JohnK, Dan, Russ. (please confirm guys)

I would really love another 4-8 people since we are doing both Dragon Dice™ and Daemon Dice™ demo's this year.

So who else wants to confirm themselves? Who is interested and needs to be talked into it?

w/o you guys helping to man (or woman) the tables, the average convention goer will just walk on by...

I will be there. So will Paul. Paul will also be bringing along his girlfriend, Shannon (who has never been to a GenCon). Paul and I will teach Shannon how to demo Daemon Dice as well as she would be available for whatever else in the booth.

Pat and Carol will be doing their own thing, we won't see much of them.

I'm way behind this year and want to get any badges to you early enough that gencon will just refund you and not make you jump through hoops.

I am currently in a very intense series of negotiations with the Fiancee. We have agreed to go to PAX Prime this year together and I'll be helping out with the booth there but we just got a refund from American Airlines for another previous trip so I may in fact be able to come to Gencon as well, assuming I can bum lodgings.
That is still pretty up in the air however, should know before the week is out.

Ok, I will let him know and try to figure out arrangements with him shortly in that case. He played Dragon Dice with me for a while, but got a little frustrated with Scalders so he hasn't picked it up in a while. I'd like to see if this would help spark his interest again as well

Let me know as soon as you can. If he needs a GM badge from us, then I have to put the order in.

If we wait too long, then he will end up with two badges and it is an ugly painful process to get the other one refunded.(which I can't do for them)
