Finally got around to reading the newest rules thoroughly and wanted to make sure I understand something correctly...
(And indeed I may have been following very old rules to begin with, lol)
When bringing in a minor terrain do you need to win a maneuver roll first, or do you simply forgo the roll and place the minor terrain instead?

You forgo the roll and just bring it in.

If you want to bring in a minor terrain, you do that instead of taking a maneuver.
If you maneuver, then you can't bring in a minor terrain.
