I'd be easier to make a custom tag.
On the BBCode screen is a button called [Custom Tags]. Click it, erase the example text and put the following in:

Lurker,[img]http://sfr-inc.com/icon/Lava_Elf/Lurker_in_the_Deep.gif[/img]

Click the save button, then go into your saved game and replace the drider with the Lurker (it should be at the bottom of the list of dice).
