Is SFR going to produce something like Dave Papay's Standard Floor Rules for running tournament events? I know some of these have been incorporated into the Advanced Rules, but some topics seem to be missing.

(This came to me as I was going through files on my old computer and found my "Standard Net Rules," which were adaptations of Dave's SFR (coincidental acronym?) for online tournament play. I sent them to SFR (the company, not the rules), but don't remember if they were ever officially adopted or if they became moot with the lack of online tournaments.)
