Open Letter to SFR:

Just wanted to say I'm VERY happy with my order.

1) I got an e-mail saying there'd be a 1 week processing wait & 2-3 week shipping wait. I think it was 6 days from placing order & getting my 8 packs of undead.

2) Since they weren't boxed, I was concerned that the bags might have been 'picked over' & the good dice taken. I was WRONG. I pulled TWO Dracolich out of 8 packs.

To say 'I'm happy' doesn't even begin to describe how I'm feeling.

THANKS,
Tommy

Some are faster than others. Glad you enjoyed them. As to the "random" factor of the bagged dice. We have our kids reach in and grab and what they get is what you get. Cliff does look to just see what you are getting but never switches anything out. If they pulled it you get it. Some are really lucky and some not so much. We try to make it just like buying a box.

In March this year I have ordered a package of dice (12 Undead, 12 Ferals, 2 Starters & a lot of other product; I've got one Dracolich, one Bear-Folk, three Carrion Crawlers, only one Vampire, ...). To Europe it took exactly 3 weeks.

Have you recognized that your kids pulled a strange Feral bag for me? It has two Elephant-Folks in it, but no 6-sided rare unit. Actually it's a 16 health pack. Perhaps someone else has got a bag with two rare units, but without monster. I want to ask is this a unique pack or does it happen sometimes that you find additional, replaced, missing, damaged or in any other way unusual dice in a bag?

One Starter had no Goblins in it and if there were not three common dwarves, I would have been the first one who has got an Elf-Elf pack.
Which was the most memorable kicker or starter pack you have ever seen (other than "just" finding an ultrarare)? (For instance a pack which has only mages in it or whatever.)

At GenCon 4 years ago, we were playing "Fire in the Sky", which is a sealed starter a sealed Firewalker kicker. One of the guys opened his Firewalker kicker and it had an extra monster. So he ended up with two Gorgons. Since it was a "sealed" event, it was decided that anything he got, misprints, extra, or shortage, was legal. So he had 4 health more than anyone else. He still lost however...

The strangest poly bag I ever got (I never opened it) has an Unseen Fairy and an Inferno in the same bag. Two rare occurances happening at once.

Chuck mentioned that he had that combo too (original Scalders),

I found that the Coastland Tower and Blue Dragons seemed like the hard ones to find in the Original Starters.
Three times I had Starters that included
2 Blue Towers and 2 Blue Dragons,
and something very strange......
two small diamond shaped pieces of wood.
My only guess is that they were some kind of markers.
I would have written it off,
but it happened three times.
I happened to have saved one.... here it is...... Cool

I've also found small pieces of wood in the poly bags. I assume they were hold outs from the tumbling process?
