I just discovered (by searching BoardGameGeek.com) that there is a gaming convention held a couple of miles down the road from where I live called Rock-Con. Here is their website: http://www.rock-con.com/Rockcon2007/indexnew.html

Perhaps SFR could run some events and perhaps set up a table in the dealer's area.

Any thoughts?

Looks interesting. I won't be able to make it, I already have a commitment on that weekend. If you want to run some games, or even sit at a dealer's table, I can help set that up.

If I'm the only one there, I wouldn't be able to sit at a dealer's table. Plus, I would not be able to attend on friday anyway. However, I would be willing to run two or three events (time permitting of course - I'll have to check over our long-range calendar and plans).

How about a Midwest Regional Championship? Cool
