This was the format I used at a Dragon Dice Demo:

Universal Kings' Die


Each player randomly selects a race (from a pool of all the races)
build your army 36 health
multi-player

Then a Kings' Die is introduced to the game.

At the end of each player's turn,
they pass the King to the next player.

Whoever wins...keeps the Kings' Die.

In the end...the Scalders Won
