I just recently said to a friend of mine Tony over a few beers, "Man we need to break out our dice!"

We are both old school players of Dragon Dice and up until last weekend, nether of us have touched our dice since who knows when. I believe the last time was one of our LA Gen Cons. Like 5-6 years ago, maybe longer.

So after searching the web to see if the game was still alive and I found this forum board. I was also glad to see some familiar names like Cliff, Robert and who can forget Chuck Pint (I think i signed a few off my checks over to him and his web page of dice).

Sorry for the rant.
I live in Chino, Tony lives in Chino Hills. We are looking for other players who may live near us to get together once a week for some games. We are shooting for Sundays since we are both off that day.

Send me a PM with your contact info if you are interested. We have loads of dice for trade or to help new players build armies. We both have tournament winning armies for advanced games and normally play 60 or 36 point games.

Maybe you and I met at some previous STRATEGICON event over by LAX?

My name's Cliff Broadway and between 1996-2002 I was a frequent player of Dragon Dice at those Conventions. I used to buy all my dice at The Last Grenadier in Burbank; those were the guys running STRATEGICONS. I remember Tony Barrett..... he's a great guy!

My players and I are based in the Hollywood/West Hollywood area. I don't have the ability to drive out to Chino every week, but we are starting up new Dragon Dice games (and hopefully will also be functioning as a Rep) for the Metro L.A. area.

We would love to enjoy dice battles with you! I'll make an announcement soon regarding our first official game night(s).

people have been using the 'Convention' forum for local game nights, so go ahead and create a thread there.

I just renamed it to be Conventions & Events.
