I remembered this game from long ago, even bought a starter when it first came out but the game never caught on (dice are gone now).
And any tips on acquiring starters and such without paying tons of shipping costs? |

Welcome back!
The only place I know of that sells Dragon Dice is this site: http://www.spelkopen.nl/. I'm not sure if they send stuff over to Belgium though. I've got a suspicion that there are Belgian stores/gamesites that sell Dragon Dice though, as the gamestores in Belgium tend to be better. The other option is to wait until next GenCon, as I'm sure some of the Dutch players will want to order something so they can share shipping costs.
And if you are very keen to play a few games and don't mind a bit of traveling, you could check out this topic. Oh, but I forgot, you'll need some dice first. Or, you could borrow some from me, I don't mind.
