If I wanted to purchase stock in SFR, how would I do so?

There was a stockholder's meeting tonight. The stockholders have directed the new Board of Directors to work up a proposal for increasing the number of shares of stock. Since the next stockholder's meeting will be at GenCon this year, we will not have an answer until then. If you want to invest in SFR, please contact us after GenCon. Of course you can always help us out greatly by buying more dice! No one ever has too much dice.

Right now, spreading the word to all your friends and gaming stores that Dragon Dice is back and buying dice is the best thing you can do right now. The new BoD has to meet and get the game rolling again.

Some general answers to some general questions that have been asked about SFR stock and SFR operations:

Stock is $1 per share. We only sell stock in blocks of $100. There are about 35,000 shares of stock issued at this point. Since SFR is a privately traded company, we can't disclose anything about our financial details outside of the board of directors. Nor can or will we disclose the amount of our monthly sales.

After years of being in the sooner state with no one to play. I had the chance to meet two enthusiastic players last night who had to learn the newest rulebook (they were using the old original 'year one' rulebook).
They've expressed an interest in becoming stock holders and I will probably be accepting a check from them tonight. They understand that it is too late to participate in any Gencon proceedings, but are very enthusiastic about getting back into the game).

Are stock options still available? What are the rights and privaleges of the "stock holder" title?

There is plenty of stock available. There are a few things you get as a stockholder:

• %1 discount per 100 shares of stock for any product from our store.
• Access to the special stockholder areas of our forum. Hear news long before the rest do.
• Join us in designing the next kicker/expansion/whatever for the game.
• And of course, without stockholders we could not grow the company.
