|
|
So I had to post this after my games last night, because it was so awesome to see.
We decided to try 24-point for the first time, and I had enough Treefolk to make it happen. So I built the following:
Home:
1x Green Dragonmaster
1x Oak Lord
1x Oakling
1x Bronze Medallion
Campaign:
1x Noble Willow
2x Willow
3x Nymph
1x Willowling
Horde:
1x Nymph
I won the horde roll (I know, right?) and went first. My first march was to maneuver my home (unsuccessfully), but it was already in melee, so it wasn't a big deal. Rolled for attack:
Dragonmaster: 4 Smite
Oak Lord: 3 Smite
Oakling: 1 Melee
Medallion: Flurry -> Sortie
Yes, 7 Smite backed by 9 regular damage. Maybe it's not impressive for you guys, but it was so awesome to smite 7 before he even got to roll against the other 9.
I went on to brutally crush the other player, and again in the next game.
And the medallions are insane. With Flurry and Cantrip, it's just so bloody good. |

Ya smite for sure. We have yet to duke it out stormy. Ill see if you can smite my walking dead all the same.
In the meantime, especially since it was only 24 pt. gaming, that is an end of days beat down to be sure. _________________ Will
