Someone made an order and commented that the box has been destroyed when he received it. If you get an order that has the box destroyed, or you have to pay extra to receive it or if anything else happens that could be prevented PLEASE let me know. Send me pictures of your destroyed dice.

I am shipping army cards and need to know if they are not in great condition when you get them!

unfortunately we can not control what UPS or USPS does with the box when it leaves our hands.

I've toured a UPS sorting warehouse before. They almost literally drop-kick some of those boxes to get them from one semi-truck to another.

Unless you are a 'box' collector, you are going to be throwing the box away anyway. So if the dice are undamaged it is all good.

if you ARE a box collector, please let us know on the order and we will let you know what the extra shipping is to double box the product and give a higher chance of the product packaging arriving undamaged.

Yeah these guys can be a bit rough on boxes. I have a friend that works for UPS and he has told me the horror stories.

Just trying to ease your stress. I just got my zealots and the box was not only perfect the dice are slick. I ordered a green hunter when I meant to order a green master but that's my bad.
