Forest Fire was my idea and after having played it, I'm ready to move on. 4 races is too random. SO... I want to replace this with a Sealed Single Race event. You get a random 3X health of a single race (also random) and play. (it'll either be 34 or 36, I can't commit to either just yet and can't say which races it might be).

Note: that Sealed Starter events can not be played with races that are out of stock. deal with it or accept a ziplock equivalent

That sounds fine. Sign me up. If you are still concerned about the "BYOD" aspect of the advanced games, I'll have a full distribution of dice for all the races as a back-up (but I think most players have that modest an assortment of dice to play for at least two races).

The "death" races against the "nature" races would represent a classic Esfah campaign, and most of the playtesting has revolved around this type of a scenario.

A much less playtested scenario was inspired by the Braun brothers, which I nickname "Against the Dragons".

Sharpen your blades, restring your bows, and ready your cavalry. Esfah will be a battleground this day, not a playground for magicians! Bring a 36-health army, but don't include any magicians in this brutal slug fest. Expansion and Promo dice are not in use for this tournament. Swiss format. The following exceptions to the Standard Rules apply: No magic-using dice are allowed. (Any which has a magic or cantrip icon counts as a magic-using die)

FYI - not sure if I posted it, but the event schedule above is correct EXCEPT that the Novice Plus events will just be Novice events and the exact format of Quests is TBD.

Here's a note: whoever volunteers to run those events will have great influence on which ruleset is used for that event.
