If I have a minor terrain with a Double Maneuvers face showing and I'm playing Amazons, when I roll for a missile attack where Maneuvers can be used as Missiles do I get the benefit of the double?

Looking at the Modifiers section and the minor terrain section, I don't see why I wouldn't.

Yes you would.

This is a common strategy with that race.

They also get the doubles from an 8th face and can convert it to missile.

The only thing to remember is that you are rolling FOR missile, so ID's have to be counted as missile and any SAI's generating maneuver have to activate during a missile roll.
