A interesting (although unlikely to occur in an actual game) situation occurred to me. Can I grab a die that is currently being held by someone else? For example, if Cliff's tentacle is holding onto Chuck's Axe, can my tentacle also grab Chuck's Axe? As the rules are written, I don't see anything that would forbid me from doing so.

If that gets allowed it could create some interesting interactions in the middle of the table. Would both of us continue to hold onto it, or does only the last person to grab it get to hold onto it (freeing the other person's tentacle)?

Somehow I think the best idea would be to say you cannot grab something that someone else is already holding onto. That would be easy to put into the rules: "You can choose to end this effect at any time, but as long as you leave the Tentacle there, the grabbed die cannot be rolled, minus-ed, or grabbed by another tentacle."

Pi, you are killing me, but this is why I'm glad you are around.

Following your logic, this same situation could come up in a two player game if I tried to grab a die I was already grabbing.

Chuck, the back of the rules are already crowded, but can we add one word to the Tentacle?

I think it is enough to just say:
"the grabbed die cannot be rolled, grabbed, or minus-ed"

Note the italics on the new word.
