Cliff is triaging.

We have been discussing 3.0 changes and should continue to do so.

We have been discussing how to make the existing rulebook simpler and should continue to do so.

However we are also at critical mass with starters and a rulebook is the ONLY thing we are missing.

So here is a barebones document. What is missing? We can add pictures, but is color a necessity? It is 3 x's the cost over black and white.

Ignore formatting for now. The icons can look weird on screen, but should print ok.
