Brand new player here, interested in using an online game or two to learn, but also curious how the bb setup even works here.

Do people play with their real die inventories, or can they pull from everything? If not live dice, what are they using to get roll results? How does the fancy board graphics I've seen on the other games work?

there's a program called Dragon Dice Inventory (DDI) http://sfr-inc.com/bb/viewtopic.php?t=4353&highlight=inventory that lets you roll whatever dice you want, and also create that fancy board you've seen in online games.

Personally I like to roll my actual dice, but DDI is handy nontheless.

Thanks for the point to the tool, that is helpful in multiple fashions. Also think I killed over an hour poking at that little matching game in there, heh.
