The version 3.01 rules are now officially posted. http://sfr-inc.com/Rules-3.0.1.pdf These rules replace the 3.0 rules issued in 2016. Mostly the changes are just cleaned up text. Major changes:

• Targeting and Casting spells is cleaned up to a better order.
• Clarifications on roll modifiers, added "Count as" step.
• Dragon Breaths call out unit vs army effects specifically.
• Blue Dragon still breath prevents rolls, but modifiers can add.
• Dragon Attack sequence is much more clear.
• Items now work in reserves.
• Firewalker Flaming Shields now only works with non-id, non-SAI results in any roll for melee results.
• SAIs can now all stack (except Cantrip).
• Dragon Staff, Charm, Fly, Firewalk, Teleport, Ferry, and Wayfare fixed.
• Clarifications on when an SAI would work.
• Cleaned up how to cast spells.
• Clarifications on the "X" notation.
• Enhanced Defense does not double ID results for magic.
