FYI - the first two were prototypes. Tests that were made on purpose.

The last ones are production misprints from the late 1990's.

There are two Lava Elf misprints as well from the mid 2010's. that are not listed.

Also, Dragonkin in Daemon Dice colors.

Those are the only 'confirmed' errors. I've heard of people who claimed others, but they were never proven in person and images can be faked.
