The rumor mill is abuzz, Dragon Dicers!
This afternoon another Unseelie (Unseen) Fairy was spotted in Colorado!
Yes indeed, the customer opened the kicker, grabbed my pricing guide, looked it up, and asked me if what I had in the guide was a misprint. The she showed me what the die was. I about fell over.
Poor Wes (my demonstrator who is trying to get a complete set of Scalders), crawled under a table and began to weep.
Less than an hour later, a Frostwing purchase gained a lucky player his first Magi.
Word spread through my customer base quickly. I am again sold out of Scalders and Frostwings.
Whatever you guys are doing, keep it up!

Keep this up, and there won't be any more ultra-rare dice! _________________ Steve "DDice" Braun

Okay, I think the Unseelie needs to have it's rarity changed. No kidding around, now. Yet another one has appeared in Colorado. That's 3 out of my little shop alone! But on the other hand, has a single Frost Ogre been sighted? NO!
I'd have to ask Cliff, but to date I think I've sold at least 3 cases worth of Frostwings, and luckily I've seen them all opened. There have been several Magis to be sure, but not one Ogre. What does that tell ya?
Fortunately I've had the good sense not to buy my own stock trying to complete my set. Besides, I like the 'old school' Frosties, anyway.
Oh well, just for what it's worth.

Sounds like it would fit an analogy for the SATs:
Steve is to Unicorns as Joe is to _____.
a. Magii
b. Frost Ogres
c. Unseelie Faeries
d. Pelters
(And no, I didn't misspell "Magii"-I just decided it was a better plural for Magi than Magis.) _________________ Steve "DDice" Braun

How about a regular or promo Frost Ogre given out as an award for "Retailer of the Year?"
Now there's an idea I can wholeheartedly endorse.

| Bought my first two Scalder kicks Saturday and on my second I found one of the elusive fairies. Being there with a good friend and avid collector my collection is now doubled and he is now one Unseelie richer. |

Great news. I just got my Scalders and Treemen in the mail but haven't had time to inventory them to see what I have yet (no store in my area has sold the game for years).
I guess it's five years too late to mention that Magi is already the plural form, Magus is the singular.

Except that the uncommon Frostwing mage is the Magus.... _________________ You can never have too many dice.
