| The rules state to bring one dragon minimum plus one per 24 points. Does this mean bring an additional dragon for every part of 24 points or for each complete 24 points? In other words, if the force size is 36 points, would each player bring 1 dragon or 2 dragons? I've been curious about this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

.....which means that you have to bring 1 Dragon per "started" 24 points of total army health (pointed out by "rounded up" in the rules).
Up to 24hp = 1 Dragon
25 to 48hp = 2 Dragons
49 to 72hp = 3 Dragons
If you should ever play more than 60hp armies, then comply with that calculation.
So if Robert will ever challenge us with his 154hp-Pelter-only-army we will have to bring 7 dragons to the game! (144hp = 6 dragons, plus another one for the following 10 points).
Well, in that case the attack wouldn't be called missile attack anymore, it will rather be a meteor swarm attack!
(I really wouldn't like to be sitting in that targeted army! ) _________________

For the three most common tournament sizes:
24-health -> 1 dragon
36-health -> 2 dragons
60-health -> 3 dragons
Note that for all games unless very specifically stated otherwise the number of Dragonlords/Dragonmasters (of each color)/Dragonslayers/Dragonhunters (of each color), is limited to the number of dragons. So in a 60-health game, you could bring at most 3 black Dragonmasters. You could for a 60-health game have all Dragonmasters, but it would have to be 3 of each of the 5 colors. _________________ You can never have too many dice.

Just for fun let me add this. Back when I still had the PC Dragon Dice game. I would set 4 armies of 120 health on each other and intentionally set it up so all Dragons were the same 28 Dragons vs. one Heavy Melee army. _________________ Got to love wolves, overwelming numbers, act as a team, Nature ready made army.
