I think the whole point is that it's Pelters. You could imagine someone wanting to lock up as many Trolls, Fireshadows, Dragonlords, Leopard Riders, etc. as possible. But Pelters?? Then. of course, he showed what they could do when, except for his own stupidity in ignroing a Path to victory, Robert might just have won Battlefest with an all-Pelter armyat Origins. Now, of course, the whole thing is feeding on itself...
