Today arrived my Feral Army i bought by Ebay.

In the original rule folder they had a spell called Savage.
Why is he gone in the actual rules?

That spell had some major problems. So it got dropped from the rules.

Which problems were that?
And why got the Feral no new spell?

The Feral have plenty of good spells. I don't have time to research why the spell was dropped. There were a lot of changes made from the old rules to the current rules. I'm not going to get into every single little rule change. So just take it that the spell had so many problems that it was easier to drop it than to fix it.
