however, I can't view it in either IE or Firefox. Here's the Java Console errors I get:

Java debugging powers activate!
This 'un ain't too hard! Upon examination of the source code, JR references 127.0.0.1, which is the IP address for the local host, i.e. whatever computer is viewing the page instead of whatever computer should host the cam.
Thus, only Jim can see it. Unless we installed the same stuff locally. _________________ Dragon Dice Musing and Such @ Reality's End |

Uh, I don't think you understand what "local host" means.
Whenever any computer accesses the IP address 127.0.0.1, it simply references itself. It is never going to read your computer... ever.... unless it is your machine. It will never work as long as the DragonCam page points to that IP address.
Thus, use a better way to grab your IP address, like running ipconfig in a console or somethin'. That's what I always do.
I think there are some web sites that will give you a lazy way of figuring out your own IP, too. _________________ Dragon Dice Musing and Such @ Reality's End |

You only updated the codebase; one of your parameters is still 127.0.0.1 (The one named URL).
Dunno if that is the reason or not, but it certainly isn't helping. _________________ Dragon Dice Musing and Such @ Reality's End |

Dragon Cam
yes I'm using a Demo version...
I'm still testing...
I'll need a faster internet upload too.
There is sound I can add...and motion detection,
which would be good to activate when rolling. |
