If you are making an order from our on-line store and are not in the US you MUST add the overseas shipping item to your shopping cart. This is an additional $10 to help us cover the cost of shipping your package.
Canada residents have a separate item to add to their carts as the shipping is not quite as expensive to them.
PLEASE do not forget to do this. I will email you if you do requesting the rest of the payment and I can't send your order until the entire shipment has been paid for.

This is from the new SFR purchase page:
| Quote: | This is currently the only shipping method available to use on this order.
United States Postal Service (1 x 17.875lbs) United States Postal Service
Global Express Guaranteed Document Service $141.25
Global Express Guaranteed Non-Document Service $151.75
Global Express Mail (EMS) $84.90
Airmail Parcel Post $70.85
Economy (Surface) Parcel Post $34.05
|
One year ago I have ordered a package, it took exactly 3 weeks to Europe. I can't remember that I was able to choose the shipping method. Have you sent it with Airmail or Economy (Surface) Parcel Post? Does anyone know how much time it would save if it is sent with airmail - If a player in Europe wants to have his package within 3 weeks, is Economy (Surface) Parcel Post good enough?
I cannot find the oversea shipping item (+10$) any more; is it still necessary (or already included)? |

It is no longer needed to add $10 to your order. The shopping cart actually exchanges information with the USPS computers for shipping rates. So shipping costs are much better controlled than before.
I have shipped many packages overseas. While the Economy Surface rates look good, they take (according to the USPS website) 4-6 weeks. In practice I've seen it take twice that long. Airmail is the best for most everything. That is the shipping method that we have used in the past, and while it's quoted as 4-10 days, I've found it's closer to 2 weeks. Add that we may not ship for up to a week, and 3 weeks sounds about right. _________________ You can never have too many dice.

I agree and encourage everyone to pay the extra cost. The most expensive I've seen is to ship 'down-under', but it's still worth it. |

After 2 hours of trying everything I know
The shipping to send 6 dice to UK is still $64
The other options are selectable but the calculator ignores what you select apart from the super-quick hand delivered by MissTiffany method ? _________________ DDice Count: 0, Nil, Zilch, None |

What are you trying to order? It's always possible there is a mistake in the system. If I know what to try, I can check it out. _________________ You can never have too many dice.

There is a confirmed bug in the cart for international shipping. I'll track it down, and when it's fixed I'll post here. _________________ You can never have too many dice.

It's fixed. The U.S. Postal Service changed the capitalization of a couple of international services. That broke the code. _________________ You can never have too many dice.

I have heard rumors that the USPS is not to receive any financial aid as from 15th May 2007 and thus all economy mail services are to stop. Is this internal or external shipping? IE are we about to loose the International Global Priority shipping system?

Rumors is the correct term. As usual with such things, the truth is a bit distorted. USPS has not received any "financial aid" for a long time. It has been expected to take in enough income to pay for itself. What has changed recently is it's retirement package. The governing board has also been changed slightly, but I don't see that it's really a big difference. And yes, we are going to lose Global Priority mail. It's simply being merged with the domestic Priority mail, and there will no longer be separate envelopes for international and domestic.
Of course a rate change is going into effect in a week. Our new shopping cart calculates postal rates on the fly by talking to the USPS rate servers. There may be a slight discrepancy for a day or two, but I expect the change to go fairly smoothly. _________________ You can never have too many dice.

Email me with what you are trying to order. I'm not seeing the problem, but it may be simply a matter of not reproducing it correctly. _________________ You can never have too many dice.
