May i target an opposing Unit that actually is in reserves with Lightning Strike?

Anytime a target is a unit, it may be targeted at a terrain or in reserves. Reserves are not safe from magic.

but when i am in reserves, i can´t cast Lightning strike, right?

That's correct. There is a list of spells allowed to be cast in reserves, and you will not find Lightning Strike on the list.
