Anytime a target is a unit, it may be targeted at a terrain or in reserves. Reserves are not safe from magic. _________________ You can never have too many dice.

That's correct. There is a list of spells allowed to be cast in reserves, and you will not find Lightning Strike on the list. _________________ You can never have too many dice.
