Curse of the White Dragon:
In this variation,
when a White Dragon is Summoned to a terrain,
it gains the 2 of the colors of the terrain when summoned away, killed, flys away, or ridden away,
and retains those colors even while in the summoning pool.
(or you could say it loses the other colors)
If a White Dragon is summoned to a terrain with a Deadlands,
then it can become a Black \ Ivory dragon after it is summoned away or killed or a Black and whatever other color is at the terrain.
The curse is limited to the colors of the terrain,
So basically,
a White dragon will turn into one of the hybrids.
(Not 3 colored)
(The decision of colors is made by the player who caused the dragon to leave the terrain)
(Summoning, Slaying, Killing, Riding etc... all are decided by the player that causes the dragon to leave the terrain)*
If when summoned after being cursed,
the player chooses to use the original 14 points summoning cost,
and lift the curse,
the dragon then returns to being a White Dragon,
otherwise it retains its hybrid state.
Dragonslayer/Dragonhunter:
If a White Dragon is banished by a Dragonslayer,
The White Dragon gets to roll for jaws. (jaws will banish the Dragonslayer)
If a Cursed Hybrid is Slain (Killed) by a Dragonslayer,
the cursed hybrid is sent to the Summoning pool,
and becomes 2 of the elemental colors of the terrain that it was at.
Then the Dragonslayer becomes a Cursed Dragonhunter of one of the elemental colors that the Cursed Hybrid became.
The Cursed Dragonhunter remains this way unless the curse is lifted.
Restoring the cursed hybrid is done by paying the full white dragon summoning cost, lifting the Dragon's curse.
Summoning the Cursed hybrid with the summoning cost of 14 returns it to a full White Dragon and also lifts the curse of the dragonhunter to a full Dragonslayer.
A cursed Hybrid can be banished by a Dragonhunter that matches its color,
however, the Dragonhunter will then become
one of the elemental colors of the terrain where the banished Cursed Hybrid was at.
*Wings:
The Player who rolled the Dragon decides the colors,
unless the Dragon is killed, then whoever killed the dragon decides.
Dragon vrs Dragon:
In this case, if a dragon kills another dragon, whoever rolled the dragon that killed another dragon decides the color.

If a Dragonlord rides a White Dragon away from the terrain,
the curse affects the Dragonlord as well.
The Dragonlord must choose one of the colors that the cursed white dragon has transformed into.
Thus, a Dragonlord becomes a Dragonmaster of the chosen color.
The Dragonlord remains cursed until the White dragon's curse has been lifted. (A cursed White Dragon is a hybrid when cursed)

Curse of the White Dragon Example:
Summoning Pool
| **********
|
A White Dragon is Summoned to a Flatland Terrain.
Casting cost 14 of one color.
Summoning Pool
| **********
|
A White Dragon is Summoned away from a Flatland Terrain to a Highland Terrain. Casting cost 14 of one color.
At this point the White Dragon becomes Cursed Hybrid. (it becomes 2 of the colors of the terrain that it was at)
Think of it as it loses all the other colors.
Summoning Pool

| **********
Cursed
|
Now let's say the dragon gets killed.....
again, the Dragon becomes the colors of the terrain it was at....
then Dragon returns to the summoning pool and remains in its Cursed hybrid state.
Summoning Pool
Cursed
| **********
| **********
|
The Cursed hybrid can now be summoned to any terrain,
for the casting cost of 7. (7 red or 7 gold)
Summoning Pool
| **********
| **********
Cursed
|
OR
To lift the Curse,
the Cursed Hybrid can be summoned at the cost of 14 of one color,
this will return the Dragon to a full White Dragon.

If a terrain has more than 2 colors a White Dragon becomes any 2 of those colors when summoned away, killed, flys away, or ridden away.
In the case of a deadlands,
the cursed dragon may becomes black, plus one of the other terrain's colors,
or it can may become a Black and Ivory.

Curse of the White Dragon Example:
Dragonlord
Summoning Pool
| **********
|
A White Dragon is Summoned to a Flatland Terrain and a Dragonlord tames the White Dragon.
Summoning Pool
| **********
Tamed
|
The tamed White Dragon is Ridden away by the Dragonlord from a Flatland Terrain to a Highland Terrain. At this point the White Dragon becomes a Cursed Hybrid. (it becomes 2 of the colors of the terrain that it was at)
At the same time the Dragonlord is cursed and becomes a Dragonmaster,
and must chose to become one of the Cursed Hybrids colors.
Note:
(If the Cursed Hybrid were to be ridden away by a Cursed Dragonmaster,
the Cursed Dragonmaster must choose a color of the Cursed Hybrid to become)
Summoning Pool
| **********
| **********
Cursed
Cursed
Tamed
|
Note:
In this example the better choice might be to turn into a Gold Dragonmaster in order to tame or summon a potential Cursed Dwarf Hybrid,
but maybe you need to cast a blue spell, so this gives a player options.
Now let's say the dragon gets killed.....
or the Dragon master is stripped of the Dragon,
the Dragon becomes the colors of the terrain it was at....
however the Dragonmaster retains the color that it is,
and will so until the Cursed is lifted from the Hybrid.
if killed....
The Dragon returns to the summoning pool and remains in its Cursed hybrid state.

The Cursed hybrid can now be summoned to any terrain,
for the casting cost of 7. (7 red or 7 gold)

|
OR
To lift the Curse,
the Cursed Hybrid can be summoned at the cost of 14 of one color,
this will return the Dragon to a full White Dragon,
and the cursed Dragonmaster is returned to a Dragonlord.

So you might say....
I don't like marking all the Dragonmasters and Dragonlords with cursed cards....
Here is the way to play Cursed Dragon:
You need a set of Masters and Hybrids (Drake or Wyrm)
At least 1 Dragonlord and a White Dragon
if using a Dragonslayer...
You will need a set of Dragonhunters.
The Hybrids, Dragonmasters, Dragonhunters are in a cursed pool.
Now only bring Dragonlords, Dragonslayers, and a White Dragon.
When your Hybrids are in play, they are considered cursed.
When your Dragonmasters, Dragonhunters are in play they are considered cursed.
No need to mark anything.
Note:
A White Drake must transform into a Drake Hybrid.
A White Wyrm must transform into a Wyrm Hybrid. |

Dragonmasters:
Similar to the way a Dragonlord can Ride a Normal White Dragon to a Terrain and then lose the control of the White Dragon,
a normal Dragonmaster can ride a cursed Hybrid to a terrain if it matches one of the colors,
however,
after the dragon changes its hybrid colors,
if the dragonmaster does not match the cursed hybrid it loses control of it after riding the cursed hybrid away.
The dragonmaster does not become cursed.

| Starter Rules wrote: | SFR/TSR Logo (Dragonkin Champion): Special (any action and non-maneuver avoidance); Normal
(individual save)
During any action or non-maneuver avoidance roll, may move a summoned dragon with the same color
as the Dragonkin Champion from any terrain to any other terrain. A player may move a dragon that is
currently controlled by a Dragonlord or Dragonmaster. In this case, the dragon becomes untamed and must
be moved to a different terrain than the one the dragon is currently located. During a save roll against an
individual-targeting effect, the SFR/TSR logo counts as four saves.
|
Dragon Champions:
SFR/TSR logo will move a matching color cursed hybrid.
The Dragon Champion does not become cursed.
The Hybrid will change colors (2) matching the terrain that it left. |

If a White Dragonkin Champion moves a White Dragon,
they both become cursed.
It must chose a color of the Cursed hybrid to become,
and becomes a cursed champion of the chosen color,
and will remain so until the curse is lifted,
or moves a cursed hybrid.
If a cursed champion moves a cursed hybrid,
it will then change colors to one of the cursed hybrid's colors it turns into.

A Dragon King in the summoning pool counts as 4 dragonkin health.
A Dragon King acting as a Magestorm Kings' Die in the Reserves counts as 4 health from the army construction.
You may have both in play. |
