If a player has only one army facing a dragon attack,
and a dragon attacks,
and wayfare is rolled.....
then the player wayfares away to another terrain that has a dragon...
would the wayfared unit have to face another dragon attack at the new terrain?
Or does the Dragon Attack phase end after the dragon roll begins?

Yes, the Wayfared unit must also be attacked by the dragon at its new terrain.

One clarification, he would have to face a dragon attack, as long as a dragon attack had not already happened at that terrain.

if you have two armies with a dragon on each and one resolves his attack and during the 2nd attack you get a wayfare and move to the first army, there is not a 2nd dragon attack against that army.

And since the player, who is attacked by the dragons, decides the order in which the dragon attacks are rolled, he should choose the dragon who attacks the army without a Wayfare first! After that, if he hopes for a Wayfare, he can resolve the second dragon attack without being in danger to move the unit to a terrain where a dragon attack is still due! Cool
