I know, that but he could've gone for the win.

He has access to gold magic and rather than waste magic with dragons and burying units I can't bring back anyway, he should've pathed a cav unit and just mudded me to death and won next turn.

He may still win, but its not as likely as it might've been had his spells been different.

I see your point, Cliff, but I felt that strategy was a bit too risky. Given your recent maneuver roll, I would not have stopped you - and would have risked losing the cavalry unit as well. I'm content with my strategies employed thus far...

Thats what I dislike about this game. anything you do is wrong. Wink

in hind sight its always easier to say the other choice would've been better.

I attack with my lavaelf mages. if I get a cantrip I do 50 damage and i made the right choice. if I don't get a cantrip, then all my mages die and I made the wrong choice.

you are doing great. its just different styles of play.

the one at your home saves(and then doesn't) so he goes to reserves,

the one at my home doesn't save, so he's dead.

If I'm correct it's Dee's turn next, so I'll roll my dragon against him.
