One question and one correction:
Question:
If I have no kin left in my summoning pool (all are at a terrain) and Degenerate dragonkin is cast, would all my kin be buried (as i have none to exchange for demotion in my summoning pool)?

Correction:
In the spells section of the rules, for Degenerate dragonkin, it states "all dragonkin that cannot be demoted and all dragonkin are buried". Shouldn't it read ".....and all 1 point dragonkin are buried."?

First, I don't see the problem with the rules that you quote. Both the written starter rules, and the current rules on the website have the same text as above.

Second, if you have all your dragonkin summoned, and this is cast on you, all the dragonkin at that army get an avoidance roll. If they roll ID, then they are fine. If they don't roll ID, since there are no dragonkin in the summoning pool to demote to, those are buried.
